يلتزم قسم إدارة الأعمال بإعداد وتوفير البرامج الدراسية النوعية التي تجعل الطالب محوراً للعملية التعليمية وتهدف إلى إكسابه المعارف والمهارات اللازمة لتلبية الاحتياجات المتغيرة لأصحاب المصلحة بالدولة.وتلبي هذه البرامج المستدامة في إدارة الأعمال احتياجات المنطقة حيث تسهم في إبراز المنظور المحلي والعالمي، وتعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وتطوير التفكير الناقد والممارسات الاحترافية.

يوفر قسم إدارة الأعمال الخريجين المتميزين والمؤهلين لتولي الوظائف العليا ممن لديهم الخبرة والمهارات المطلوبة في مجال الاختصاص في مجتمع سريع التطور. وتمكّن برامج إدارة الأعمال الخريجين من استيفاء المتطلبات المهنية في بيئة العمل ثنائية اللغة ومتعددة الثقافات، كما تركز على إكسابهم مهارات التعلم مدى الحياة التي تؤهلهم لمزاولة المهن المتنوعة في مجال الإدارة في المؤسسات المحلية والعالمية بالدولة. ويحظى خريجو برامج إدارة الأعمال بالكليات بالإقبال الشديد من جهات العمل المختلفة بالدولة نظراً لمهاراتهم المتقدمة.

  • برامج إدارة الأعمال حاصلة على الاعتماد الأكاديمي من هيئة الاعتماد الأكاديمي بالدولة (CAA).
  • برامج إدارة الأعمال حاصلة على الاعتماد الأكاديمي الدولي من قبل جمعية كليات وبرامج إدارة الأعمال الجامعية(ACBSP).
  • حصلت برامج إدارة الأعمال على شهادة الاعتماد الأكاديمي في الذكرى السنوية العاشرة، وذلك خلال المؤتمر السنوي لجمعية كليات وبرامج إدارة الأعمال الجامعية(ACBSP)المنعقد في نيو أورلينز، الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بتاريخ 22 يونيو 2008. وقد تم إعادة تأكيد الاعتماد الأكاديمي لعشر سنوات أخرى بعد زيارة مجددة قامت بها الجمعية إلى كليات التقنية العليا في العام 2018.
  • يسعى قسم إدارة الأعمال إلى الحصول على الاعتماد الأكاديمي لجميع برامجه الدراسية من قبل جمعية تطوير كليات إدارة الأعمال الدولية (AACSB).

كليات التقنية العليا هي مؤسسة حكومية، و الدراسة فيها مجانية للطلبة الإماراتيين وأبناء المواطنات لدرجة علمية واحدة

 

يتوفر عدد محدد من المقاعد الدراسية للطلبة المقيمين في الامارات العربية المتحدة للالتحاق بكليات التقنية العليا مع مراعاة الشروط التالية:

  • معدل الثانوية العامة 85% كحد أدنى.
  • الحصول على  1250 كحد أدنى في امسات – اللغة الإنجليزية  أو ما يعادلها.
  • ان يتحمل الطالب التكاليف الدراسية.

تقدم كليات التقنية العليا الحسومات التالية على الرسوم الدراسية للطلبة المقيمين:

  • 20% خصم في حال معدل الطالب في الثانوية العامة 95% فما فوق
  • 20% في حال حصول الطالب على معدل تراكمي ما بين 3.00 و 3.74
  • 40% في حال حصول الطالب على معدل تراكمي 3.75 فما فوق
  • 20% لأبناء الهيئة التدريسية بكليات التقنية العليا
  • 20% للطلبة الإماراتيين في حالة رغبتهم الحصول على درجة علمية إضافية
