Sharjah Women’s College

The Higher College of Technology Sharjah Women’s Colleges (SWC) is one of the two HCT colleges based in the city of Sharjah and one of seventeen colleges throughout the United Arab Emirates that comprise the Higher Colleges of Technology.

The HCT Sharjah Colleges serve the post-secondary educational needs of Sharjah and the two neighboring emirates of Ajman and Umm Al Quwain. The colleges offer a variety of programmes that integrate both academic and practical experience, based on the Learning by Doing educational philosophy, to ensure that students have a successful and rewarding career path.

The Sharjah Women’s College was established in 1997 and is located in Sharjah’s University City. It has an enrollment for the 2014-15 academic year of 2890 students.
