Press was established in June,
2006, and officially launched at
the Higher Colleges of
Technology's Annual Conference at the
Madinat Jumeirah, 30 August 30
2006.

Advisory Board
The
Advisory Board stands behind the
HCT Imprint. All publishing
proposals are appraised by the
Advisory Board. The board may
seek independent appraisals of
proposals by qualified
reviewers, and oversees peer
review and refereeing processes
for works in production.
