For National undergraduate students:
HCT offers free assistance to HCT students through the libraries and independent learning centers at each of its 17 campuses. Students are assisted by professionals who deliver one-on-one tutorial and small group assistance to improve language skills abilities in the four areas of the IELTS test: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. These skills are addressed through one-on-one activities with other students, mentors, volunteers, librarians, ILC staff, and HCT faculty. Activities on each campus vary.
For National & Expatriate graduate students:
The Centre of Excellence for Applied Research & Training (CERT) operates a number of certified IELTS Testing Centers throughout the UAE, enabling national and expatriate graduate students, or employees of corporate entities, to be properly trained and qualified in English language.
